Bio
Greg joined The Moote Group in March 2006 and has been assisting landowners and developers with the various facets of contract administration, project management, fee reimbursement agreements and the reconciliation of eligible infrastructure costs through various public financing and fee instruments (CFD, DIF, TUMF, RBBD, etc.). Before joining The Moote Group Greg attended and completed his education at Chapman University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Over the years Greg has managed many land development projects that required extensive knowledge of the onerous public works requirements such as Davis Bacon wages (“prevailing wages”), contractor change order review and agency approval, as well as processing requests for information (“RFI”) and submittals through their pertinent channels. Greg has successfully administrated and coordinated all types of infrastructure projects that require cohesive communication with the contractor, engineer of work (“EOW”) and the many Southern California municipalities who ultimately own and maintained the completed facilities.
