Bio
After two years of providing our company with financial consulting services, Mark Hassman joined the Moote Group in 2007 as its newest principal. As our chief financial officer, he brings to The Moote Group more than 27 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in finance, accounting and general management. Hassman has handled two initial public offerings (IPOs), acquisitions and divestitures for a diverse range of businesses from building contractors to retail franchises to computer software companies on both coasts. What we value most, however, is Hassman’s keen sense of where a company needs to go and how it’s going to get there. He not only creates the strategic goals, but he also lays out concrete solutions, detailed tactics and sensible ways to cut costs and streamline the operation. Hassman attained his bachelor’s degree from Duke University, then earned his MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. Mark also races with The Moote Group Sprint Triathlon Team.
