Michael C. McGovern joins The Moote Group as it's newest Professional Engineer

Santa Ana, CA --- The Moote Group, a Santa Ana based professional corporation providing infrastructure cost estimates and construction management celebrating more than 30 years of service to the building industry announced that Michael C. McGovern has joined the firm as it's newest professional. According to Ms. Marji Knitter, The Moote Group's president, Mike's extensive development experience, coupled with 10 years in consulting engineering and 7 years in government will be a major benefit to The Moote Group and it's clients. He holds a masters degree in Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and several other states. Mike's initial assignment will be assisting Craig Realty Group with their massive Plaza San Clemente project in San Clemente.

McGovern has utilized the services of The Moote Group for more that 25 years. While at The Lusk Company, under McGovern's direction, The Moote Group worked on the massive Marblehead project in San Clemente. While Mike was with Centex, the Moote Group assisted him with Forster Ranch in San Clemente and recently while Mike was with SunCal Companies The Moote Group provided professional services for Ketchum Ranch in east San Diego County. Mike has stated "It has been a pleasure to work with such a fine team for so many years. The cost estimates they have provided me over the years were usually higher than what I had estimated, but at the end of the day The Moote Group?s cost estimates reflect the actual cost of the work when the project is completed."
