Over 60,000 CY of soils was removed from the site.  The construction budget was approximately $9,000,000 million dollars over a 12-month duration.

Our Role:

Moote provided construction oversight as the Owner’s Representative.  Moote was tasked with being the team representative for our client interacting with the City, contractor and development team regularly to ensure compliance and timely completion.  We worked diligently with the contractor on a monthly basis vetting and confirming the invoiced scope of work and quantities were consistent with the work completed in the field.  We were relied upon to review, negotiate and validate all change order requests as unknowns were discovered in the field.
